Advertising copy is subject to
approval. Central Maine Newspapers reserves the
right to edit, reject or classify all
advertisements under appropriate headings.
Copy should be checked for
errors by the advertiser on the first day of
publication. Credit for published errors will be
allowed for the first insertion for that portion of
the advertisement which was incorrect. Further,
Central Maine Newspapers shall not be liable for
any omission of advertisments ordered to be
published, nor for any general, special or
consequential damages.

with federal, state and local laws regarding the
